What we do
Greenhouses, engineered — and the technology that runs them.
Efarms designs, builds, automates and operates controlled-environment farms. Every service below is part of the same capability: turning agriculture into a process that can be measured, repeated and improved.
Services
Eight disciplines, one engineering team.
Owners take the whole chain or a single piece of it. What does not change is who is accountable for the result.
Farm automation & smart technology
Irrigation, fertigation, heating, cooling and ventilation are placed under one control system driven by sensor data rather than by routine. The behaviour of the farm becomes recorded, adjustable and repeatable from one cycle to the next.
Greenhouse construction & management
We build to an industrial specification — gothic-type steel structure, IR/UV-treated roof film, polycarbonate sides — and we stay after handover to manage the facility. The team that draws the greenhouse is the team that has to make it produce.
Hydroponic farming solutions
Soilless cultivation in a closed, recirculating loop. Nutrients are dosed to the root zone instead of spread across a field, irrigation water returns to the system, and the chemistry of the crop stops depending on the weather.
International partnerships
Efarms works with landowners, family offices, corporates and public bodies across Türkiye, the Gulf and Europe — from a single greenhouse to a multi-site programme, under development or operating agreements.
Research & development
New cultivars, nutrient recipes, cycle timings and extraction parameters are trialled on our own site in Silivri before they are recommended to a partner project. Research collaborations with universities and institutes run through the R&D desk.
Sustainable agriculture consultancy
Feasibility, resource planning and compliance work for owners who want to know what a project will really consume and really produce — water, energy, labour and capital — before anything is committed.
Technical support & training
Local teams are trained to run the facility: agronomy, system operation, maintenance and record-keeping. Support continues after commissioning, remotely and on site.
Vertical farming solutions
Stacked and tower systems for sites where floor area is the constraint — indoor rooms, LED-lit modules and outdoor flat systems, specified around the crop rather than around a catalogue.
System models
Six hydroponic systems we build.
The model is chosen for the crop and for the site, not the other way round. Most projects combine more than one.
Vertical tower
Plants grow around a standing column — the highest plant count per square metre of floor.
Pyramid
A stepped, tiered frame that keeps every level in natural light, well suited to greenhouse interiors.
Horizontal flat
Flat channel benches: simple to operate and easy to scale across a large growing hall.
Vertical indoor
Stacked racks in a closed room where the climate is engineered from scratch rather than moderated.
Vertical indoor LED
The same stacked racks under a controlled light recipe, for crops whose chemistry responds to spectrum and photoperiod.
Flat outdoor
Open-air flat systems for hardy species and mild seasons, run on the same nutrient and monitoring discipline.
Species selection, cycle planning and the quality specification are set with the market you intend to sell into — the system model follows from that, never before it.
Remote control
The farm answers from anywhere.
Every Efarms facility is instrumented and controlled remotely. Sensors stream the state of the crop and of the building continuously, the control system acts on that data, and AI-assisted optimisation tunes climate and irrigation set-points against the crop program. Decisions do not wait for someone to walk the greenhouse.
Monitoring, control and optimisation are automated and AI-assisted; agronomic decisions stay with the agronomy team. The same telemetry feeds the AI-powered dashboards and reporting that owners and investors see.

Turnkey
Six stages from a piece of land to a working farm.
Efarms delivers the whole chain, or any part of it. Most owners take the whole chain, because accountability is cleaner when one team is responsible from the soil study to the harvest.
-
Study the region and the land
Climate, water, soil, energy, labour and the market the project will sell into. Nothing is designed before the site is understood.
-
Custom design
Greenhouse engineering, hydroponic layout, climate and fertigation systems and the control architecture, sized to the crop and to the budget.
-
Materials
Structure, covering, benches, pumps, dosing units, sensors and control hardware, specified and procured against the design rather than against a supplier list.
-
Installation
Construction, system installation and commissioning by teams that have built the same specification before.
-
Equipment & technology
Automation, telemetry and remote control are installed and configured, then tested against the crop program before the first planting.
-
Training & support
Local teams are trained on agronomy, operation and maintenance, and support continues after handover — remotely and on site.
