Nothing on efarms.com.tr is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, share, partnership interest, participation or financial instrument, and nothing here is a recommendation to make any investment. The website is informational. Participation in an Efarms project is agreed individually, after a consultation, and takes effect only through a written contract signed by both parties.

II Projections are not guarantees

Every forward-looking figure on this site — annual yield in kilograms, the number of harvest cycles, revenue, net profit, the distribution to partners, the return per square metre and the payback period — is derived from a project feasibility study and from the price scenarios stated on the page. They are projections. They are not guarantees, not promises, and not commitments of any kind.

The feasibility study makes assumptions about the price per kilogram, the yield per square metre, input and energy costs, the exchange rate, the tax rate and the pace of the build-out. Real agriculture does not follow assumptions. Weather, disease, energy prices, labour, currency movements, changes in tax or agricultural regulation, and the price the market actually pays on the day all move the result — in either direction.

III Past and projected performance say nothing about the future

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Projected performance is not a reliable indicator of future results either. Market price references shown on this site describe what the market paid on a stated date, from a stated source; they are not a forecast of what it will pay.

IV Investment carries risk, including the loss of capital

An agricultural project is a real-economy business, not a deposit. There is no capital guarantee, no guaranteed income and no guaranteed distribution. You may receive less than the projections show. You may receive nothing in a given period. You may lose part or all of the money you put in.

Distributions depend on there being a net profit to distribute. If a season produces no net profit, there is no distribution for that season.

V The currency of your investment and of distributions

In accordance with Turkish regulations, investments and distributions are made in Turkish lira (TRY); conversion to USD or other currencies at the prevailing market rate can be arranged on request.

Amounts shown on this site in US dollars are conversions provided for orientation only, at the exchange rate stated where they appear. Exchange rates move, and a movement of the lira against your own currency changes what a distribution is worth to you, independently of how the project performs.

Nothing on this website is investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice or a personal recommendation. Efarms is an agricultural project developer and operator, not a licensed investment firm, and no communication from this website should be read as a regulated investment service.

The right decision depends on your circumstances, your tax residence, your other commitments and your tolerance for risk. Take independent professional advice before committing money, and satisfy yourself that participation is lawful for you where you live.

VII The contract is what counts

Where anything on this website differs from the signed contract, the signed contract governs — without exception. Prices, allocation sizes, the operator share, the term of the management contract, the distribution mechanism, the reporting cycle, the independence provision and every other term are established in that document. Figures on this site are indicative and may change before a contract is signed.

The allocation calculator is an illustration tool. It applies the published constants to the size you type. It does not know your tax position, it does not model a currency movement, and it is not a personal projection. A projection prepared for your circumstances is produced during the consultation.

VIII Sharia structuring

Where a Sharia-compliant structure is discussed, its mechanics are set out and reviewed with you before signing. Efarms publishes no fatwa on this website and claims the endorsement of no particular scholar or board. If compliance is a requirement for you, obtain your own scholarly opinion on the executed documents.

IX Project status

Statements about the state of a project describe it at the time of publication. Tibbi (مشروع شفاء) in Silivri is built and equipped for its current phase; electrical works and first planting remain before production begins. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that the project is already producing.
