I What this website is

This is an informational, corporate website. It describes what Efarms builds, how its projects are structured, and what the feasibility studies behind them project.

It is not an offer. Nothing here is an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation to invest in any security, share, partnership interest or financial instrument; it is not made in any jurisdiction in which such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful, and it is not addressed to any person to whom it would be unlawful to address it. Participation in an Efarms project is agreed individually, after a consultation, and takes effect only through a written contract signed by both parties. II Use of the site

• —You may read, print and share these pages for your own information or for the internal purposes of your organisation.
• —You may not copy the site, or a substantial part of it, into another publication, product or website without our written permission.
• —You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Efarms Console, the Partner Portal or any part of the server; probe or scan the site for vulnerabilities without our written permission; interfere with its normal operation; or extract data from it automatically at a rate that degrades the service for others.
• —You may not use the forms on this site to send unlawful, misleading, defamatory or abusive content, or to impersonate another person.
• —You may not use any part of this site to build, train or evaluate a product that competes with Efarms.

III Intellectual property

The text, photographs, films, drawings, diagrams, data visualisations, page designs and source code on this site, together with the Efarms name and the Efarms mark, are owned by Efarms or licensed to it, and are protected by Turkish and international copyright and trade-mark law. No right in them passes to you through your use of the site.

Where a page quotes a third-party source — a market price bulletin, a public statistic — that source keeps its own rights, and it is named on the page.

IV Accuracy, and figures

We take care that what is published here is accurate at the time of publication, but the site is provided for information and is not a substitute for the documents that govern a transaction.

Figures on this site that describe future performance — yields, harvest cycles, revenue, distributions, payback periods, prices per kilogram, and every result produced by the allocation calculator — come from feasibility studies and from the market references stated on the page. They are projections built on assumptions, and assumptions are not facts. They are labelled where they appear and explained in full on the investment disclaimer.

Market price data shown on the site is republished from the sources named beside it. We do not warrant those sources, and prices move.

V Availability

We do not guarantee that the site is available without interruption or free of error. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time and without notice. Pages may be updated or removed as projects and information change.

VI Links to other sites

Links to third-party websites, map services and messaging applications are provided for convenience. Efarms does not control them, does not endorse their content by linking to them, and is not responsible for them.

VII Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Efarms is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, nor for any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity or data, arising from the use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

VIII Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy and KVKK disclosure notice.

IX Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, carrying the date at the top.

X Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of the use of this website, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction.

This does not affect the dispute-resolution provisions of any contract you sign with Efarms; those provisions govern that contract.
